Bournett, Chardonnay I.G
This wine has an attractive yellow color lo with golden sparkles , limpid and bright. Delicate nose, with notes of ripe pineapple and banana, with slight unctuousness in the mouth, agile, vital and elegant. Very pleasant finish, with notes of freshness that last.
- Alcohol: 14,0º % v/v
- Total acidity: 4,25 gr./l
- Sugar: 4,10 gr./l
- Fermentation: alcoholic with selected yeasts and controlled temperature between 14 and 16º C.
- Malolactic Fermentation: 50% del vino.
- Cold stabilization.
- Harvest in the second week of April, manual in 20kg plastic boxes.
