R.S., Espumante Champenoise
This sparkling wine is the fruit of the combination of the two. vineyards most used in the world (Pinot Noir – Chardonnay) for the production of this type of wine, we wanted to continue that tradition playing with the percentage of the bases to achieve something very interesting, which captivates by the complexity and creaminess of its perlagge.

- Second fermentation: in bottle, champenoise method.
